We need everyone to turn up before start to register for free subscriptions, intros, t-shirts, etc. After that basically throwing everyone where they are needed on the fly.

Set up crew, art, and crew chiefs be there from 8 am for registration and ready to work 9am to 12noon Departments are in the notice at the top of this list. Meet 8 am to 12 noon at front of ARC, Howard and 11th.

Run crew from 11 am registration Howard and 11th, and ready to work from 12noon
Run jobs are stage assist, command central, peace tour and how weird booths, pizza slingers, door, and runners. 12 noon onwards comand central @center camp, Howard and 12th

Street Performers and Furry Huggers from 12 onwards at center camp, Howard and 12th.

Stage performers please note: if you are not already confirmed you are not booked. There are seven stages each booked by separate organizations.

Door Volunteers are required to attend pre meeting this Thurs, 4:20 pm to 6pm, 150 Folsom @ Spear. www.dimension7.com
