Hi! I'm a photographer just getting back into working as a professional. I've recently made the move to working for myself again after many years in the office world and I'm loving it. It's tough physical work, but I'm happier than I've been in a long time. A good friend of mine has connected me with a farmer's market vendor who I'm working for a few days a week and I found another market vendor on my own through CraigsList who I'll be working with at the Harmony Festival. I second photo "job" this weekend: a wedding. It started as a small task and has, of course, grown into a full formal wedding shoot, which is good and scary!

It's nice to see this kind of group on tribe. I've joined some other "tribes" about art scene networking and being an independent business, but not much going on over there.
